Developer Acceptance Walks (Multi-Family Apartment and Condo Developers)

This service is designed for a development team that wants to maintain a lean organizational structure, with a reduced overhead footprint, while enjoying seamless scalability from project to project. 

We conduct the initial inspections of units and generate the Punch Lists on the developer’s behalf. The Punch Lists are presented to the General Contractor to address. We then conduct follow up verification inspections confirming completion of the Punch List and signaling the readiness for the Developer to “accept” the units from the General Contractor.

Quality Inspections (Single Family Builders)

This service is designed to enhance a builder’s brand image by delivering a more consistently completed home at the time of the New Home Orientation. You avoid the common industry trap of using the purchaser as a Punch List generation tool in order to figure out what needs to be finished.

We conduct the initial quality inspection of the home and generate the Punch List. The Punch List is emailed to the Project Manager/Superintendent to address. We then conduct a follow up verification inspection confirming completion or incompletion of the Punch List items. All lists are imported in a database and a monthly construction delivery report is provided to the builder’s management team.
